In my years of having a CNC router and a passion for designing and making things, I have accumulated a collection of designs that I have made that have come in handy or have been fun to make. This page is a listing of some of these projects that I want to share with the community - a community that has supported my learning and development over the years.

CNC Clamp (Free - File Share)
Here is the CNC clamp design that I use in my shop. This design utilizes 1/4-20 bolts to make it adjustable in height and clamp it down. I like to keep a lot of 1/4-20 bolt sizes on hand anyway and it make it a super versatile solution. You will need some E-Z Loc inserts for this design: https://amzn.to/3lKGNkC

Flatpack Clamp Storage (Free - File Share)
Trying to get my shop organized (a never ending battle!) so I created a flat pack solution for a wall-mounted clamp storage unit. Nothing too fancy here, just a simple, functional design! Flatpack Laptop Stand (Free - File Share)
In an attempt to create a more ergonomic work setup and the interesting design choice for the laptop manufacturer to place the laptop camera at the base of the monitor, led me to need a new solution for my work laptop. This need led me to design the Pixels to Prototype Laptop stand!
I wanted something that could be easily be broken down and moved as needed and also be stable and strong. I am usually more of a function over form designer, but in this project I took some time to add design elements to make it more visually pleasing. I also knew that this would be cut on my 4'x4' CNC machine and I took advantage adding curves and cutouts to take advantage of this. Check out more pictures below! 4" Tube Organization Cart (Free - File Share)
I was always knocking over the dowels, tubes, and misc. stuff I had propped up in the corner of my shop. I had some left over 4" DWV Pipe from running my shop dust collection, so I designed and created this cart. A quick win for shop organization and storage!
Brad Nail Organizer (Free - File Share)
My tool box drawer where I store my brad nails was always getting so messy. Just opening and closing the drawer would cause brad nails to slide and mingle. Well, I saw a post on IG about someone making an organizer for their nails and a light bulb went off -- I needed a Flat Pack organizer for my brad nails!
